Pyaura Licensing Model

Each Pyaura node requires a straightforward, one-off license fee. This grants full commercial use of the software platform for your deployment, steering clear of punishing annual software subscription traps.

Key License Terms & Conditions
• Non-Transferable: The license is issued strictly for the original buyer and cannot be transferred. A new license must be purchased if a control system changes hands between different entities.
• Venue Ownership Changes: In the event that a system remains in the exact same venue with a change of business owner, arrangements are up to the owners, though any major future configuration changes or upgrades will require a license update.
• Version Upgrades: Each license fee includes up to two major version upgrades. Once those two versions have been utilized, a new license will be required if you wish to upgrade further. Because Pyaura software versions evolve gradually over time rather than jumping dramatically, your system stays stable and current for a long duration.
• Activation: Hardware can be purchased independently by anyone from standard suppliers, but all software license activations must be completed online directly via Pyaura (or remotely via an online PC connection during setup).

The software license is a small price to pay for such a powerful, flexible, and robust control system.
